EMPLOYMENT

CURRENT: I am employed as Chief Executive Officer for the Medical Center of Southeast Texas Victory Campus in Beaumont. As CEO, I am responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and controlling all aspects of the operational functions, processes, and staff of the hospital including marketing, sales, accounting, materials management, technical support and general administration while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing medical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

1996-2012: Executive director of Atria Collier Park, an Atria Senior Living Group community. Atria is the third largest provider of retirement and assisted-living services in the United States. As executive director, I was responsible for total operations at Atria Collier Park including finance, management, and personnel.
